Sheila Jackson Lee is once again making the wrong kind of headlines. Late yesterday, it was reported over at Big Government that she was electioneering within the 100 foot boundries of a polling place:
Of course, The liberal media at the local news stations or the Comical will not go near damaging the credibility of their local hero.
According to Texas State Law, electioneering within the 100 foot marker is a Class C Misdemeanor, punishable with a fine up to $500 per incident.
If this blatent violation of election law was not enough, I wonder what her campaign is thinking. Just to show you who’s in her pocket, look at the picture below, taken at Jefferson and Jackson Streets in Downtown Houston:
That’s right, her campaign headquarters is the CWA Union Hall. While I suspect she’ll find her way back to Washington in January, there’s too many questions that should be asked of her by the House Ethics Committee.
